English & Academic Preparation

Build the foundation first.

English-language and academic preparation can come before degree study — strengthening your readiness so the next stage is realistic.

Preparation is a step, not a detour. Many students need to strengthen academic English, or become familiar with how American classrooms actually work, before starting a degree.

Preparation programs vary a great deal: intensity, length, whether they are academic or general, and what they lead to afterward.

Completing a preparation program does not by itself admit you to a university. Each institution sets its own admission requirements, and we are clear with you about what any given route does and does not lead to.
