Institutional FAQs

Due-diligence answers for institutions evaluating USIDM.

Who is USIDM?

An international education development, university representation and institutional partnership company. The concept originated in 2024; the company was formally established in 2026. Every formal instrument — applications, contracts, compliance — uses 2026.

Where do you operate?

USIDM's first operating market is Morocco. Other African markets are planned, and are described as planned — never as established operations.

Are you a recruitment agency?

Recruitment is one of four capabilities, alongside representation, market development and institutional partnership development — including representing international institutions in the United States. The two-directional institutional model is the difference.

How is student welfare separated from your commercial interest?

Two scores, never blended: Student Fit contains no commercial variable; Partner Fit contains no student-welfare variable. A student is guided to an institution because it fits their academic, financial and program profile — not because of the commercial relationship.

Do you guarantee enrollment numbers?

No. We do not publish projections, and reporting is evidence-labelled: facts carry sources, analysis is identified as analysis, and unknowns are stated as unknowns.

How is our brand protected?

Your name, marks and materials are used exactly as authorized, and never before written authorization exists. The same rule governs our own site: no institution is named or displayed as a partner without a documented, authorized relationship.

What does engagement look like?

Scope in writing before work begins, then a project, campaign or ongoing-representation model. Most relationships start with a market assessment that establishes the evidence base.

What will you report to us?

Activity, pipeline and market-intelligence reporting on an agreed cadence, including notes on competitive movement, policy and demand shifts.

Who appears on your partners page?

Only organizations with a real, signed or documented relationship and explicit public-display authorization. Prospects and exploratory conversations never appear as partners.

How do we start?

Through the partnership inquiry — tell us your market question, and the first conversation is about scope and evidence, not a pitch.
